General Description
Tecnológico de Costa Rica is a higher level education institution founded in 1971, state funded, the countries technological leader who focus in applied sciences, engineering and technology areas; offers 23-degree programs and 3 Doctoral Programs, most of them recognized with national and international accreditations such as the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board (CEAB), Central American Agency for Postgraduate Accreditation (ACAP), High Council for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (HCERES), among others. Students can enroll for an exchange semester, research internship and lectures from different schools according to their areas of interest while improving Spanish Language. Through that time at the university, students and researchers will combine theory, access to technology, training, counseling and integration to Life on Campus such as cultural activities, research groups, sports, art, festivals and others contributing to their well-being and learning process.
